Abir Gharbi is a Fisheries and Environment Engineer from Tunisia and serves as the Chapter Leader of CFT Tunisia. With a strong background in marine conservation, ocean policy, and sustainable fisheries, she is actively involved in promoting environmental stewardship and youth engagement across the Mediterranean and Africa. Abir has contributed to several international initiatives on fish welfare, climate action, and marine biodiversity, while building bridges between science, policy, and local communities. Through her leadership in CFT, she works to empower young changemakers, strengthen international partnerships, and develop impactful community projects that advance sustainability and social responsibility. Her vision is to inspire collaborative action for healthier oceans and more resilient coastal communities in Tunisia and beyond.
